Todd DeLaughter, President and CEO

Todd DeLaughter is the President and CEO of Opalis Software, Inc., the market leading independent IT Process Automation software vendor. As well as having a deep understanding of the IT Operations and Data Center Automation space, he brings a strong track record for managing and growing very large software businesses.

Prior to Opalis DeLaughter served as the Vice President and General Manager of the OpenView Business Unit at HP where he held full P&L responsibility including strategy and business planning, acquisitions, marketing and research and development. During his four year tenure, OpenView grew at twice the market rate, doubling in size to over $1Bn. Before joining HP via acquisition, he spent 18 years with Compaq leading and working in software groups. In his last role with Compaq, he spent four years living in France where he led Compaq's telecom OSS business which became a product group under OpenView.

DeLaughter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Houston.

Charles Crouchman, Chief Technology Officer

Charles Crouchman is the company's Chief Technology Officer. A respected leader within the enterprise systems management community, Mr. Crouchman is responsible for driving the product strategy and development direction for Opalis. Most recently, Mr. Crouchman was Senior Vice President of Development at CA Inc. where he was responsible for the Workload Automation product line which generated nearly $300M in annual revenue. Prior to CA Charles was a senior executive at Cybermation Inc. where he managed product development, product management, and business development and played an important role in helping the company to grow from an $8 million niche vendor to a $32 million best-of-breed vendor in the systems management market.

His extensive experience also includes key roles at Amdahl, the Bank of Montreal and the Mutual Group. Charles is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and resides in Toronto, Canada.

Gregory Twinney, Chief Financial Officer

Greg is a financial executive with over 12 years of experience working in senior financial roles. At Opalis he is responsible for all financial and administrative aspects of the company. Greg joined Opalis from Cyberplex (TSX: CX), a leading publicly-traded technology firm, where he spent five years as Corporate Controller. His expertise includes strategic planning and budgeting, financial controls, business development, performance analysis, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to Cyberplex, Greg held senior financial positions with Tokmakjian Limited, a privately-held global organization. Greg was responsible for all accounting and administrative aspects of the company's international division from its conception to $100 million in revenue in five years, becoming the leading, most profitable division in the organization.

Greg is a Certified General Accountant (CGA), has a Business Administration Diploma from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology, and holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science Degree (BAccS) from the University of Calgary.

Yale Tankus, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development

Yale Tankus is Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. His responsibilities include marketing, business planning and strategic partnerships. Yale brings with him 25 years of experience growing early stage, medium and large software companies through the creation of solutions businesses, innovative industry initiatives, OEM sales and strategic programs.

Prior to joining Opalis, Yale was Vice President of Partnerships and Alliances for the $1B HP OpenView Business Unit where he was responsible for strategic partnerships encompassing partner sales & marketing, solutions, engineering, program management and planning. Previously, Yale served in senior executive positions across the enterprise software domain with key management roles at webMethods as Vice President of Business Development, DataZen as co-founder and VP of World Wide Sales, Informix Software as Business Development Manager, Telecom BU, Kabira as Director North America Operations, Computer Associates as Regional Sales Manager and at IBM where he started his career as a sales assistant.

Edward Forker, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales

Ed Forker is the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Opalis. Mr. Forker is a recognized leader whose diverse background encompasses all aspects of technology sales and marketing, including product development. Mr. Forker has led high-performance sales teams at several major technology corporations, and has a history of dramatically increasing revenues for high-technology companies.

Prior to joining Opalis, Mr. Forker was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Smarts, now an EMC company, where he drove revenue growth from $15 million to $71 million in three years, achieving 16 profitable quarters, while managing a 120 person sales organization. At EMC, Mr. Forker redefined and executed a worldwide sales program that built key global accounts and met or exceeded sales goals. Mr. Forker was also responsible for expanding sales to new markets, leading the opening and development of new territories.

In addition to successful sales leadership roles at AT&T, Lucent and Synoptics, Mr. Forker also was directly involved with customer IT as VP of network management for Citibank's credit card division.
