Installation and Integration Phases

Opalis will provide the following services in collaboration with the client to ensure appropriate knowledge and skills transfer. Custom consulting services are available, but installation and integration projects generally last twelve days and consist of the following:

Phase One: Planning and Training

• Clearly define vision and objectives for installation.
• Provide a baseline environment, including server hardware, installed software and network topology.
• Develop an initial plan associated with the installation.
• Train existing personnel on use of the product in a variety of environments.

Phase Two: Configuration and Testing

• Install and configure a development and/or test environment.
• Develop and test worklet(s) and integrate them with external systems and applications.
• Conduct pre-production tests of worklet(s) and fine tune.
• Review and verify that all primary and any secondary objectives are met.

Phase Three: Roll-out and Acceptance

• Install production environment.
• Migrate test configurations to production environment.
• Demonstrate that all primary and any secondary objectives are met.

Deliverables

Opalis Professional Services consultants will install and integrate the Opalis Integration Server and Opalis Integration Packs into your environment in the three phases listed above. Once the project is complete to specifications, you will receive:

• A detailed report documenting the installation and configuration of the policies and processes that were created.
• Complete and detailed disaster recovery instructions.
• Contact information for future question or issues that may arise.
